EOS Implementer in Cincinnati
My name is John Herman and for many years as a business owner and leader, I was my own worst enemy. I often found myself and my team misaligned, spending too much time and energy working in areas that weren’t our strengths, keeping our business from reaching its potential. After years of trial and error, I eventually found tools and systems like EOS that helped me understand myself, my team, and my business better which yielded higher performance and better results. It’s from these learnings that I now help many small business owners successfully grow their businesses, not just as a trusted advisor, but as a friend.
John is a no-nonsense, get things done, warmhearted leader with over 20 years of business building experience. He’s passionate about helping owners of privately-held or family-owned small businesses build healthy and thriving companies.
John has served in roles as Managing Partner, Chairman, CEO, President, Managing Director, COO, VP of Sales, and Director of Operations at companies ranging in size from $1 million to $60 million in industries including technology, marketing, advertising, web design, video production, manufacturing, training, and consulting. That experience helps John to see the big picture, connect dots easily, and devise action plans that are executable. John has worked in high growth environments in both startup and mid-market organizations. John is a founding board member and current President of the Cincinnati Chapter for Conscious Capitalism.
A native of Cincinnati, John met and married his wife, Renee, in college in 1995. They have 4 children, Matthew, Andrew, Lillian, and Samuel, and have lived on a rural property in Burlington, KY since 2013. The Hermans are active members of the Crossroads church community.
